Rachel originally qualified as a UK solicitor specialising in IT, IP and commercial contracts. She transitioned over time into commercial in-house legal roles, followed by Commercial Director and senior strategic advisory roles. Her particular specialism is commercial and contract management for major technology programmes and digital transformation. Rachel has over 25+ years’ wide-ranging experience and expertise in contractual agreements, supply chain, procurement, sourcing and cost savings, negotiation and deal making. Having worked across public and private sector and interfaced with businesses of all sizes she is highly focused on collaboration, driving tangible measurable outcomes and building trust through partnerships. As Group Commercial Director for Servita, her role is broad and varied, with a sharp focus on supporting their global client base with commercial models and improved business outcomes.
