Workshop Hosts
Lucia Elizalde-Bulanti – Associate Director of Innovation, Dechert
Wendy Jephson – CEO & Co-Founder, LetsThink®
Session Overview
The best way to understand what Behavioural Science is and why it matters for legal tech is by experiencing it firsthand. In this practical, hands-on workshop, you’ll dive into the fascinating world of understanding human behaviour to design, socialize and implement technology that lawyers and legal professionals actually use.
By actively working on a fictional, yet inspired-by-real-life, project, you’ll gain practical insights into how you can apply behavioural science in your organizations, your teams and your innovation projects.
Who should attend
- The Self-Starters – Those who love rolling up their sleeves, suspending their usual selves, adopting different personas, putting themselves in other people’s shoes & trying new approaches to law, innovation & legal tech
- The Intellectually Curious – Those who might not fully understand what we’re talking about when we talk about behavioural science in law & why it matters, but yet are eager to find out, put insights into practice & take something meaningful home beyond a conference badge.
- The Ones Who Dare to Think Differently – Those who are bored to death of attending legal tech conferences where the same topics are covered over & over, & want to be part of a new, exciting, challenging, at times uncomfortable & provoking conversation around the importance of reclaiming the humans in legal tech.
