Shilpa heads the Client Tech & AI team, leading the firm’s offering around client technologies, emerging technologies like generative AI, innovation and automation. She is the CEO of CreateiQ, the firm’s flagship contracting platform. She also co-chairs the firm’s Generative AI Steering Group.
Shilpa started her career as an Energy & Infrastructure, and then Corporate lawyer before changing careers and moving to entrepreneurship. After successfully exiting a business and growing a legal technology start-up, she re-joined the firm as the Global Head of Innovation in 2018, taking over responsibility for CreateiQ in 2020.
She has been listed as a leading ‘Disruptor’ in The Lawyer Hot 100, 2019 and an ‘Individual winner’ of the ‘TechWomen100 Awards, 2018’.
